Mission
To guide women through pivotal life and career transitions with clarity, confidence, care, and community by providing evidence-based education, transformative experiences, and supportive connection that empower them to thrive.
Vision
A world where women at every stage of life are fully supported, understood, and equipped to rise — where workplaces champion health equity, leadership pathways expand with purpose, and women navigate their journeys with a trusted compass by their side.
Values
Gender Inclusivity
We recognize that the word “woman” reflects a diverse spectrum of identities and experiences. We understand that while sex is assigned at birth, gender identity and expression are shaped by biological, social, cultural, and environmental influences.
When we use the term “woman” throughout our programs, materials, and community spaces, it is intended to be inclusive of anyone who identifies as a woman, female, or who has lived or biological experiences aligned with women’s health and wellbeing.
Our commitment is to ensure that every person engaging with Voyage feels seen, respected, and supported on their journey — wherever they are, and however they identify, within the broader landscape of work and wellness.
National Land Acknowledgement
At Voyage, we begin by acknowledging that our work, learning, and gatherings take place on the traditional territories of Indigenous Nations across Turtle Island, now known as Canada. We honour the First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples who have cared for these lands, waters, and communities since time immemorial — and whose deep relationships with the earth continue to sustain and guide us today.
As an organization devoted to helping women navigate life’s passages with Clarity, Confidence, and Care, and Community, we recognize that our own journey of reconciliation requires the same principles.
We are committed to learning from Indigenous knowledge, acknowledging the privilege of gathering on these lands, and contributing — through our programs, partnerships, and presence — to a future rooted in truth, respect, and collective wellbeing.
As we guide others through their voyages of growth and renewal, we carry this awareness forward — as both a compass and a promise.
